These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the NetWard product family, including the Android launcher experience and the Android VPN experience. By installing, opening, selecting, or using these products, you agree to these terms as of August 11, 2026.
By downloading, installing, opening, setting as default, or otherwise using any part of the NetWard product family, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the products.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the launcher and VPN features is lawful where you live and where the device is used. You must have the legal ability to authorize Android launcher replacement, VPN permissions, and related device behavior.
NetWard Launcher may be offered as an Android home screen replacement through the system HOME role. If you choose to use it in that role, you understand that it will manage app presentation, workspace layout, folders, widgets, search, and related home screen interactions on your device.
NetWard VPN relies on Android VPN system approval and foreground service execution. The VPN cannot function without the required Android authorization flow. Active connection display may also depend on notification permission where required by your Android version.
The products use Android permissions and system components that match their functional roles. These include launcher-related package visibility and package management behavior, and VPN-related foreground service behavior. By using the products, you understand that these capabilities are part of how the apps operate.
You agree not to misuse the product family. In particular:
You are responsible for your own device, your local Android settings, your selected launcher role, your selected VPN nodes, and your use of network connectivity. You are also responsible for understanding whether VPN use or home app replacement is restricted in your environment.
Features, screens, assets, node lists, launcher interactions, and supporting behavior may change across versions. We may modify, add, suspend, or remove parts of the product family at any time.
The products depend on Android system APIs, OEM behavior, installed apps, widget providers, package broadcasts, VPN system flows, and network conditions. Because of that, some product behavior may differ by device model, Android version, regional settings, or network environment.
We may suspend or terminate access to the product family or parts of it where necessary to comply with law, protect the product, respond to abuse, or address operational risk. You may stop using the products at any time.
The products are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific VPN routing performance, universal launcher compatibility, or error-free operation across all devices and Android versions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the products, including device behavior, connectivity issues, app management outcomes, or VPN session interruptions.
Your use of the products is also governed by the NetWard Privacy Policy, which explains how launcher state, VPN state, permissions, and related product data handling work in the current version line.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms should be published with a new effective date. Your continued use of the products after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
